Article 1

Article 1(2) of Regulation (EC) No 990/2006 is hereby replaced by the following:

‘2.

For common wheat and rye, each invitation to tender shall cover a maximum quantity for export to third countries with the exception of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Serbia^f1 and Switzerland.

For barley, each invitation to tender shall cover a maximum quantity for export to third countries with the exception of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Montenegro, Serbia, Switzerland and the United States of America.’
