# Council Regulation (EC) No 41/2007 of 21 December 2006 fixing for 2007 the fishing opportunities and associated conditions for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks, applicable in Community waters and, for Community vessels, in waters where catch limitations are required (revoked), Division 3: Each Member State concerned shall, not later than 1 March 2007, establish a data base containing for ICES zones IIIa and IV, for each of the years 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 and for each vessel flying its flag or registered within the Community which have been fishing with demersal trawl, seine or similar towed gears with a mesh size of less than 16 mm, the following information:
