# Council Regulation (EC) No 442/2007 of 19 April 2007 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of ammonium nitrate originating in Ukraine following an expiry review pursuant to Article 11(2) of Regulation (EC) No 384/96, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall be in force for a period of two years.
