  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 481/2007\nof 27 April 2007\namending Regulation (EC) No 817/2006 renewing the restrictive measures in respect of Burma/Myanmar and repealing Regulation (EC) No 798/2004\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 817/2006 of 29 May 2006 concerning certain restrictive measures in respect of Burma/Myanmar, and in particular Article 12(b) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nAnnex III to Regulation (EC) No 817/2006 lists the persons covered by the freezing of funds and economic resources set out in Article 6 of that Regulation.\n(2)\nCouncil Decision 2007/248/CFSP amends Annex I to Common Position 2006/318/CFSP. Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 817/2006 should, therefore, be amended accordingly.\n(3)\nIn order to ensure that the measures provided for in this Regulation are effective, this Regulation should enter into force immediately,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
