  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 606/2007\nof 1 June 2007\namending Annex II to Council Regulation (EC) No 980/2005 applying a scheme of generalised tariff preferences\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 980/2005 of 27 June 2005 applying a scheme of generalised tariff preferences, and in particular Article 26 thereof,\nAfter consulting the Generalised Preferences Committee,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCommission Regulation (EC) No 1549/2006 of 17 October 2006 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff includes data affecting the list in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 980/2005.\n(2)\nThe list in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 980/2005 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
