Article 3 Catch reporting by Community and Norwegian vessels

Community fishing vessels shall send the catch report to the Directorate of Fisheries in Norway every third day after the vessel first enters the Norwegian zone, whenever they intend to fish sand eel or have on board trawl net with mesh size less than 16 mm.

In addition to the notifications on catch-on-entry and catch-on-exit reports transmitted in accordance with Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 41/2007, Norwegian fishing vessels shall send the catch report to the Commission every third day after the vessel first enters the Community waters, whenever they intend to fish sand eel or have on board trawl net with mesh size less than 16 mm.
