  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 7/2007\nof 8 January 2007\naltering the export refunds on milk and milk products\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products, and in particular Article 31(3), last indent thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe export refunds on milk and milk products were fixed by Commission Regulation (EC) No 2009/2006.\n(2)\nIt follows from the application of the detailed rules contained in Regulation (EC) No 2009/2006 to the information known to the Commission that the export refunds for the products listed in the Annex hereto should be altered to the amounts set out therein,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
