  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nThis Regulation shall apply from 1 January 2008.\nHowever, products which have been legally manufactured and labelled in the Community or legally imported into the Community and released for free circulation before 1 January 2008 may be marketed until all stocks are used up.",
