Article 14 Redefinition of specifications

The F5Secretary of State shall keep under review the pollutants subject to the requirements and tests referred to in Article 5(3). F6If the Secretary of State considers that it is necessary to regulate the emissions of additional pollutants, the Secretary of State may make regulations amending these Regulations accordingly.

The F7Secretary of State shall review the emission limits set out in Table 4 of Annex I for the carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon tailpipe emissions after a cold start test and F8may make regulations if the Secretary of State considers that it is appropriate to do so to tighten the emission limits.
