# Commission Regulation (EC) No 718/2007 of 12 June 2007 implementing Council Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 establishing an instrument for pre-accession assistance (IPA), Article 33: Structures and authorities for shared management

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In the case of cross–border programmes implemented through shared management with a Member State, the following structures shall be put in place in one of the Member States participating in the cross–border programme, as set out in Article 102:
a single managing authority,
a single certifying authority,
a single audit authority.
