For a vessel to be eligible, neither the owner, the master nor the vessel itself must be prohibited from fishing in the Greenlandic EEZ. They must be in order with the Greenland authorities insofar as they must have fulfilled all prior obligations arising from their fishing activities in Greenland or within the Greenlandic EEZ under the fisheries agreements concluded with the Community.
