  "text": "The Greenland authorities shall offer the Community authorities any additional catch possibilities as referred to in Article 7 of the Agreement, in accordance with Article 1(6) of the Protocol.\nThe Community authorities shall inform the Greenland authorities of its reaction to the offer no later than six weeks after receipt of the offer. If the Community authorities either decline the offer or do not react within six weeks, the Greenland authorities shall be free to offer the additional catch possibilities to other parties.",
