  "text": "Part 2 of the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 2015/2006, is hereby amended as follows:\n1.. No directed fisheries are permitted under this quota.\nMember States shall ensure that the fishery for blue ling is scientifically monitored, in particular the activities of those fishing vessels that landed more than 30 tonnes of blue ling in 2005.
