  "text": "Regulation (EEC) No 1859/82 is amended as follows:\n1.. Article 2 is replaced by the following:\n‘Article 2 For the 2007 accounting year (a period of 12 consecutive months beginning between 1 January 2007 and 1 July 2007) and for subsequent accounting years, the threshold as referred to in Article 4 of Regulation No 79/65/EEC in ESU shall be as follows:\nBelgium: 16 ESU,\nBulgaria: 1 ESU,\nCzech Republic: 4 ESU,\nDenmark: 8 ESU,\nGermany: 16 ESU,\nEstonia: 2 ESU,\nIreland: 2 ESU,\nGreece: 2 ESU,\nSpain: 2 ESU,\nFrance: 8 ESU,\nItaly: 4 ESU,\nCyprus: 2 ESU,\nLatvia: 2 ESU,\nLithuania: 2 ESU,\nLuxembourg: 8 ESU,\nHungary: 2 ESU,\nMalta: 8 ESU,\nNetherlands: 16 ESU,\nAustria: 8 ESU,\nPoland: 2 ESU,\nPortugal: 2 ESU,\nRomania: 1 ESU,\nSlovenia: 2 ESU,\nSlovakia: 8 ESU,\nFinland: 8 ESU,\nSweden: 8 ESU,\nUnited Kingdom (with the exception of Northern Ireland): 16 ESU,\nUnited Kingdom (only Northern Ireland): 8 ESU.’.\n2.. In Article 5, the following subparagraph is added:\n‘Bulgaria and Romania shall forward to the Commission their selection plan for the accounting year 2007 before 31 July 2007.’.\n3.. Annex I is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.",
