  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 800/2007\nof 6 July 2007\namending Regulation (EEC) No 1859/82 concerning the selection of returning holdings for the purpose of determining incomes of agricultural holdings\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 79/65/EEC of 15 June 1965 setting up a network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings in the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 4(4) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nArticle 2 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1859/82 fixes per Member State the threshold of economic size of returning holdings falling within the field of survey of the farm accountancy data network.\n(2)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1859/82 fixes the number of returning holdings per division.\n(3)\nBy reason of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania the threshold as well as the number of returning holdings for these two new Member States should be fixed.\n(4)\nIn order to guarantee a more efficient representativeness of the Slovakian sample, the threshold as well as the number of returning holdings concerning Slovakia should be adapted.\n(5)\nRegulation (EEC) No 1859/82 should therefore be amended accordingly.\n(6)\nThe measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Community Committee for the Farm Accountancy Data Network,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
