# Regulation (EC) No 864/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 July 2007 on the law applicable to non-contractual obligations (Rome II), Article 27: Relationship with other provisions of assimilated law

This Regulation shall not prejudice the application of provisions of assimilated law which, in relation to particular matters, lay down conflict-of-law rules relating to non-contractual obligations.
