Regulation (EC) No 1623/2000 is amended as follows:

  1. 1..

    in the second subparagraph of Article 13(1), ‘2003/2004 to 2006/2007’ is replaced by ‘2003/2004 to 2007/2008’.

  2. 2..

    in the fourth subparagraph of Article 52(1), ‘2001/2002 to 2006/2007’ is replaced by ‘2001/2002 to 2007/2008’.

  3. 3..

    the last sentence of the first subparagraph of Article 63a(2) is replaced by the following:

    ‘For the 2004/2005, 2005/2006, 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 wine years, that percentage shall be 25 %.’.
