  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 1623/2000 is hereby amended as follows:\n1.. The fourth subparagraph of Article 45(1) is replaced by the following:\n‘As an exception to the first subparagraph, for the 2004/2005, 2005/2006 and 2006/2007 wine years the date referred to therein shall be postponed to 31 August of the following wine year.’;\n2.. The third subparagraph of Article 59 is replaced by the following:\n‘As an exception to the first paragraph, for the 2004/2005, 2005/2006 and 2006/2007 wine years the date referred to therein shall be postponed to 15 September of the following wine year.’;\n3.. The second subparagraph of Article 61(3) is replaced by the following:\n‘However, for the 2004/2005, 2005/2006 and 2006/2007 wine years the date referred to in the first subparagraph shall be postponed to 15 September of the following wine year.’",
