# Commission Regulation (EC) No 962/2007 of 14 August 2007 amending Regulation (EC) No 996/97 on the opening and administration of an import tariff quota for frozen thin skirt of bovine animals falling within CN code 0206 29 91, Article 1

In Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 996/97, the following paragraph 3 is added:
‘3. By way of derogation from Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1445/95, import licences shall be valid until the end of the import tariff quota period.’
