  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply to aid applications relating to years or premium periods starting from 1 January 2008.\nHowever, points (1)(b) and (5)(b) of Article 1 shall apply to aid applications relating to years or premiums starting from 1 January 2007.",
