# Commission Regulation (EC) No 985/2007 of 22 August 2007 setting the allocation coefficient for issuing of licences applied for from 13 to 17 August 2007 to import sugar products under tariff quotas and preferential agreements, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Licences shall be issued within the quantitative limits set in the Annex to this Regulation in respect of applications for import licences submitted from 13 to 17 August 2007, in accordance with Article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No 950/2006 or Article 5 of Regulation (EC) No 1832/2006.
