A provisional anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on imports of ferro-silicon falling within CN codes 7202 21 00, 7202 29 10 and 7202 29 90, and originating in the People's Republic of China, Egypt, Kazakhstan, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Russia.
The rate of the provisional anti-dumping duty applicable to the net, free-at-Community-frontier price, before duty, of the products manufactured by the companies below shall be:

The release for free circulation in the Community of the product referred to in paragraph 1 shall be subject to the provision of a security, equivalent to the amount of the provisional duty.
Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.
