# Commission Regulation (EC) No 994/2007 of 28 August 2007 imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of ferro-silicon originating in the People's Republic of China, Egypt, Kazakhstan, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Russia, Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
2. Article 1 of this Regulation shall apply for a period of six months.
