Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Chapter shall apply in relation to:
1..serious infringements committed in United Kingdom waters;
2..serious infringements committed by United Kingdom fishing vessels or nationals of the United Kingdom;
3..serious infringements detected within the ... waters as referred to in point 1 of this Article but which have been committed on the high seas or within the jurisdiction of a third country and are being sanctioned pursuant to Article 11(4).
