Article 54B Regulations: the Welsh MinistersF1

(1.)

Except as specified in paragraph 2, a statutory instrument containing regulations made by the Welsh Ministers under this Regulation is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of National Assembly for Wales.

(2. )

A statutory instrument containing regulations made by the Welsh Ministers under Article 8(3) may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
