1.

A definitive countervailing duty is hereby imposed on imports of sulphanilic acid falling within CN code ex 2921 42 10 (TARIC code 2921 42 10 60) and originating in India.

2.

The rate of the definitive countervailing duty applicable to the net, free-at-Community-frontier price, before duty, shall be 4,7 %.

3.

Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the definitive duty shall not apply to imports released for free circulation in accordance with Article 2.

4.

Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.
