# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1024/2008 of 17 October 2008 laying down detailed measures for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 2173/2005 on the establishment of a FLEGT licensing scheme for imports of timber into the European Community, Article 11

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Reference shall be made in the customs declaration for release for free circulation in Great Britain to the number of the licence that covers the timber products subject to the declaration.
Where the customs declaration is made by means of a data-processing technique, the reference shall be provided in the appropriate box.
2. Timber products must only be released for free circulation where the notification mentioned in Article 6(2) has been made.
