# Regulation (EC) No 1053/2008 of the European Central Bank of 23 October 2008 on temporary changes to the rules relating to eligibility of collateral (ECB/2008/11), Article 7: Admission of fixed-term deposits as eligible collateral

Fixed-term deposits as described in Section 3.5 of the General Documentation from eligible counterparties shall be eligible as collateral for all refinancing operations of the Eurosystem.
