  "text": "1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 October 2008. Articles 2 and 3 shall apply as from 14 November 2008.\n2. This Regulation shall apply until 30 November 2008.\n3. This Regulation shall be published without delay on the ECB’s website.",
