# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1082/2008 of 4 November 2008 on initiating a ‘new exporter’ review of Council Regulation (EC) No 192/2007 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain polyethylene terephthalate originating, inter alia, in Malaysia, repealing the duty with regard to imports from one exporter in this country and making these imports subject to registration, Article 2

The anti-dumping duty imposed by Regulation (EC) No 192/2007 is hereby repealed with regard to the imports identified in Article 1.
