  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 1832/2006 is amended as follows:\n1.. in Article 9(1), ‘31 July 2007’ is replaced by ‘31 December 2008’;\n2.. Article 11 is amended as follows:\n(a) in paragraph 1, ‘30 April 2008’ is replaced by ‘30 September 2009’;\n(b) paragraph 3 is amended as follows:\n(i) ‘30 April 2008’ is replaced by ‘30 September 2009’;\n(ii) ‘31 December 2008’ is replaced by ‘31 May 2010’;\n3.. Article 12 is amended as follows:\n(a) in paragraph 1, ‘31 July 2008’ is replaced by ‘31 December 2009’;\n(b) in the fourth subparagraph of paragraph 2, ‘30 April 2008’ is replaced by ‘30 September 2009’;\n4.. Article 13 is amended as follows:\n(a) in paragraph 1, ‘31 August 2008’ is replaced by ‘31 January 2010’;\n(b) paragraph 2 is amended as follows:\n(i) in the first subparagraph, ‘30 April 2008’ is replaced by ‘30 September 2009’;\n(ii) in the second subparagraph, ‘31 December 2008’ is replaced by ‘31 May 2010’;\n(iii) in the third subparagraph, ‘31 October 2008’ is replaced by ‘31 March 2010’.",
