  "text": "(a)Mistrà is a colourless spirit drink flavoured with aniseed or natural anethole:\n(i)with an anethole content of not less than 1 gram and not more than 2 grams per litre,\n(ii)that may also contain a distillate of aromatic herbs,\n(iii)containing no added sugar.\n(b)The minimum alcoholic strength by volume of mistrà shall be 40 % and the maximum alcoholic strength by volume shall be 47 %.\n(c)Only natural flavouring substances and flavouring preparations as defined in Article 3(2)(c) and (d) of Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 may be used in the preparation of mistrà.",
