  "text": "(a) Controls on the driving licences of persons driving vehicles for the carriage of goods and persons;\n(b) Controls relating to the means of transport for dangerous goods and in particular:\n(i) Documents\nDriver's training certificate,\nSafety instructions,\nApproval certificate (ADR or equivalent standards),\nCopy of the derogation, if applicable (ADR or equivalent standards);\n(ii) Identification of the vehicle carrying the dangerous goods\nOrange panel,\ncompliance,\nplacing on the vehicle,\nDanger label on the vehicle,\ncompliance,\nplacing on the vehicle,\nTank identification plate (for fixed, demountable or container tanks),\npresence and legibility,\ndate of last inspection,\nstamp of inspecting body;\n(iii) Vehicle equipment (ADR or equivalent standards)\nAdditional fire extinguisher,\nSpecial equipment;\n(iv) Vehicle loading\nOverload (according to tank capacity),\nSecuring of packages,\nProhibition of mixed loading;\n(c) Controls relating to the means of transport for perishable foodstuffs and in particular:\n(i) Documents\nCertificate of compliance for the equipment;\n(ii) Special equipment used for the carriage of perishable foodstuffs\nCompliance plate,\nIdentification marks;\n(iii) Operation of special equipment\nTemperature conditions.",
