# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1124/2008 of 12 November 2008 amending Regulations (EC) No 795/2004, (EC) No 796/2004 and (EC) No 1973/2004, as regards the hemp varieties eligible for direct payments under Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply to aid applications relating to years starting from 1 January 2009.
