  "text": "Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No 40/2008 is amended as follows:\n1.. The entry concerning the stock of Norway pout in zones ICES zone IIIa and in EC waters of ICES zones IIa and IV is replaced by the following:\nQuota may be fished in EC waters of ICES zones IIa, IIIa and IV only.\nThis quota may be fished in Division VIa, north of 56°30′N.’\n‘SpeciesNorway poutTrisopterus esmarki\nZoneIIIa; EC waters of IIa and IVNOP/2A3A4.\nDenmark\n109 898\nAnalytical TAC\nArticle 3 of Regulation (EC) No 847/96 does not apply.\nArticle 4 of Regulation (EC) No 847/96 does not apply.\nArticle 5(2) of Regulation (EC) No 847/96 applies.\nGermany\n21\nThe Netherlands\n81\nEC\n110 000\nNorway\n1 000\nTAC\nNot relevant\n2..
