  "text": "Paragraph 2 of Article 1 of Regulation (EC) No 713/2005 shall be replaced by the following:\n‘2. The rate of duty applicable to the net free-at-Community-frontier price, before duty for imports produced in India by the companies listed below, shall be as follows:\n17,3 % for KDL Biotech Ltd, Mumbai (TARIC additional code: A580),\n28,1 % for Nectar Lifesciences Ltd, Chandigarh (TARIC additional code: A581),\n25,3 % for Nestor Pharmaceuticals Ltd, New Delhi (TARIC additional code: A582),\n11,9 % for Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, New Delhi (TARIC additional code: 8221),\n28,1 % for Torrent Gujarat Biotech Ltd, Ahmedabad (TARIC additional code: A583),\n28,1 % for Surya Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Chandigarh (TARIC additional code: A584),\n32 % for all other companies (TARIC additional code: 8900).’",
