The requirements referred to in F1regulations 6(2)(aa) and 7(3)(ca) of the INSPIRE Regulations 2009 or, as the case may be, regulations 7(2)(aa) and 8(3)(ca) of the INSPIRE (Scotland) Regulations 2009 relating to the conformity, and the degree of conformity, with implementing rules F2set out in Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1089/2010 of 23 November 2010 implementing Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards interoperability of spatial data sets and services shall be addressed by the following metadata elements:
