  "text": "1. Aquaculture animals intended for farming, relaying areas, put and take fisheries and open ornamental facilities shall only be imported into Great Britain from third countries or territories listed in Annex 3, or zones or compartments of those third countries or territories set out in a list which the Secretary of State may, with the consent of the appropriate authority, publish from time to time.\n2. Consignments of the aquaculture animals referred to in paragraph 1 shall:\n(a) be accompanied by an animal health certificate completed in accordance with the relevant model;\n(b) comply with the animal health requirements set out in the relevant model.\n(3.) The list published by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1 may specify the aquaculture species permitted to enter Great Britain from the countries, territories, zones, or compartments referred to in paragraph 1.",
