The F2... Agency shall:

(a)

provide industry with technical and scientific guidance and tools where appropriate on how to comply with the obligations laid down by this Regulation;

(b)

provide competent authorities with technical and scientific guidance on the operation of this Regulation and provide support to the F3helpdesk established F4... under Article 44.
