# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1276/2008 of 17 December 2008 on the monitoring by physical checks of exports of agricultural products receiving refunds or other amounts, Division 2.2

If the equipment has a calibrated automatic counter, the records of the automatic counter may be taken into account for the physical check on quantity. Point 1.1 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
