# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1308/2008 of 19 December 2008 fixing the amount of private storage aid for certain fishery products in the 2009 fishing year, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For the 2009 fishing year the amount of private storage aid, referred to in Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 104/2000, for the products listed in Annex II to that Regulation shall be as follows:
— first month EUR 216 per tonne,
— second month EUR 0 per tonne.
