The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee set up by Article 35(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1905/2006.

Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 4 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.

3.

The period laid down in Article 4(3) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at 10 working days for measures adopted up to 30 April 2009 and 30 days for measures adopted subsequently.
