# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1345/2008 of 23 December 2008 amending Council Regulation (EEC) No 2136/89 laying down common marketing standards for preserved sardines and trade descriptions for preserved sardines and sardine-type products, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
However, products which complied with Regulation (EEC) No 2136/89 before its amendment by this Regulation may be placed on the market until 1 November 2010.
