  "text": "Annex III is amended as follows:\nArticle 28(6) is replaced by the following:\n‘6. This number shall be composed of the following elements:\ntwo letters identifying the exporting country as follows:\nBelarus BY\nChina CN\nSerbia RS\nUzbekistan UZ\ntwo letters identifying the intended Member State of destination, or group of such Member States, as follows:\nAT Austria\nBG Bulgaria\nBL Benelux\nCY Cyprus\nCZ Czech Republic\nDE Federal Republic of Germany\nDK Denmark\nEE Estonia\nGR Greece\nES Spain\nFI Finland\nFR France\nGB United Kingdom\nHU Hungary\nIE Ireland\nIT Italy\nLT Lithuania\nLV Latvia\nMT Malta\nPL Poland\nPT Portugal\nRO Romania\nSE Sweden\nSI Slovenia\nSK Slovakia\na one-digit number identifying the quota year or the year under which exports were recorded, in the case of products listed in table A of this Annex, corresponding to the last figure in the year in question, e.g. “8” for 2008 and “9” for 2009,\na two-digit number identifying the issuing office in the exporting country,\na five-digit number running consecutively from 00001 to 99999 allocated to the specific Member State of destination.’",
