Article 5 Register characteristics

The units listed in the registers shall be characterised by an identity number and the descriptive details specified in the Annex.

The measures concerning the updating of the list of characteristics and the definition of the characteristics and continuity rules, designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation by supplementing it, shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 16(3).
