# Commission Regulation (EC) No 213/2008 of 28 November 2007 amending Regulation (EC) No 2195/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) and Directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on public procurement procedures, as regards the revision of the CPV (Text with EEA relevance), Article 3

Directive 2004/18/EC is amended as follows:
1.. The table set out in Annex I is replaced by the text set out in Annex V to this Regulation.
2.. In Annex II, the table set out in Annex IIA is replaced by the text set out in Annex VI to this Regulation.
3.. In Annex II, the table set out in Annex IIB is replaced by the text set out in Annex VII to this Regulation.
