  "text": "The EDF resources shall consist of the ceiling referred to in Article 1 of Decision 2013/759/EU and of other assigned revenue referred to in Article 9 of this Regulation.\nThe EDF resources managed by the EIB shall also consist of those resources of the Investment Facility managed as a revolving fund.",
