This Regulation is without prejudice to the requirements of Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council ^f1 and to the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council ^f2 .

Article 29 of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 concerning information on transfers of personal data for audit purposes shall apply.
