  "text": "The operations financed from EDF resources managed by the EIB in accordance with this Part shall be subject to the audit and discharge procedures laid down in the Statute of the EIB for all its operations. Detailed rules for auditing by the Court of Auditors are set out in a Tripartite Agreement between the EIB, the Commission and the Court of Auditors.",
