A definitive anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on imports of electrolytic manganese dioxides (i.e. manganese dioxides produced through an electrolytic process) not heat-treated after the electrolytic process, falling within CN code ex 2820 10 00 (TARIC code 2820 10 00 10) and originating in South Africa.\n2. The rate of the definitive anti-dumping duty applicable to the net, free at Community frontier price, before duty, of the products manufactured by the companies below shall be:\nCompany\nAnti-Dumping Duty\nTARIC Additional Code\nDelta E.M.D. (Pty) Ltd.\n17,1 %\nA828\nAll other companies\n17,1 %\nA999\n3. Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.",
